R. M. Parsons wins award for community service

R. M. Parsons wins award for community service

Dr Parsons joined his father in practice in Red Deer after graduating from the University of Toronto in 1930. The Parsons' practice was originally established in 1903 and in 1971, as the Parsons Clinic, was an 11-man group practice.
